Managing Director & Principal Consultant
Kadhem Majeed is the Managing Director & Principal Consultant of Shukri Consulting Group. He leads the firm’s consulting work, partnering directly with business owners, founders and management teams on the decisions and improvements that shape their businesses.
At SCG, his work centres on business strategy, management support, operational improvement and growth. He helps clients assess where they are, identify what is holding them back and turn broad ambitions into a clear sequence of actions.
His recent consulting focus includes business planning, process reviews, management reporting, client acquisition and the design of practical business systems. He connects commercial priorities with the people, workflows and technology needed to deliver them.
Kadhem takes an involved approach: asking the right questions, challenging assumptions and working alongside clients as plans become day-to-day practice. An engagement may be a focused piece of work, a wider improvement project or ongoing advisory and business coaching.
